My intention is to create a safe environment where you can relax, restore, rebuild and reconnect with your body/mind/spirit. Our classes are non-competitive. We offer several styles of yoga from completing relaxing to changelling. Please feel free to call before your first class so I can direct you to the class that will best suit your needs. You can drop-in for one class, sign for a 5 week series which begins at anytime, or purchase a punch card of 5 or 10 classes that is valid for 2 months. We also have gift certificates. Namaste.
