I love coaching people to plan and take action toward fulfilling their dreams while living according to their personal strengths and values! If I coach you we codesign a professional relationship that will support you in moving forward toward your goals.  I will go the extra mile for you!

I will look with you at what you are needing and wanting for your life,what is in the way of proceeding.  If you are looking for someone that will help you be accountable in your follow through I listen to you about how you want me to do that.

In our intitial free consultation I will listen and coach you and discuss some of the logistics like scheduling and fees.  You will learn more about coaching by trying it and I will give you my honest appraisal of whether I think coaching would be helpful to you and whether I feel we are the best match to work together.

Coaching generally takes place weekly for 45 minutes by telephone.  Sometimes it is in person or for 30 minutes or an hour depending on what is needed.  I will listen to you, ask powerful questions, help you understand yourself and celebrate  your wins with you.

I also provide small business development seminars that coach business owners, sales people and other professionals in maximizing their business or careers.  A special aspect of this seminar involves bringing your personal strengths and values into your business.
